When Things Are Changing: A half day women's retreat

A day to pause, reflect, and gently explore what comes next

Sometimes life shifts, quietly or all at once, and you find yourself wondering where you fit

now.

This day is for those in-between moments.

Whether your children are growing and needing you less, your role is changing, or something

within you is asking for attention, this is a space to pause, take stock, and reconnect with

yourself.

The day is co-facilitated by two experienced practitioners, bringing together yoga,

mindfulness, nature-based reflection, horse-led coaching, and sound-based relaxation.

We’ll begin by arriving together, with a grounding session using sound and light meditation,

followed by a gentle yoga practice to help you settle into your body and the space.

From there, the day unfolds in two small groups:

One group will head out into nature for a guided mindful walk

The other will spend time with the horses, offering space for grounding, observation, and

gentle coaching

There will be opportunities for journaling and quiet reflection throughout.

After a shared lunch, the groups swap, so everyone experiences both the woodland and the

herd.

We’ll then come back together for tea, reflection, and a closing session to help you leave

feeling clearer, calmer, and more like yourself.

You don’t need to have anything figured out before you come.

Just a willingness to explore, be curious and give

yourself a little space.
