It Started with Lu

I didn’t set out to build a wellbeing centre.

I bought a horse.

Lulu came into my life at a time when I thought I was rescuing her. It turns out she had other plans.

She challenged me. Refused to be rushed. Questioned my boundaries. Made me stand still when I wanted to fix, push or perform. Through her, I learned something I hadn’t been taught anywhere else, presence cannot be forced.

Over time, Duchess joined us with her sensitivity and quiet courage. Maverick arrived with his small stature and enormous heart. And Pasta… well, Pasta reminds us daily that joy and mischief are essential ingredients in any herd.

What began as a personal journey slowly became something I felt called to share.

My Approach

My work is relational, reflective and inspired by the herd, the land and the changing seasons. It weaves together reflective practice, nature, stillness, gentle sound and creative exploration. Sometimes alongside the herd and others in carefully chosen locations.

I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in creating steady spaces where people can listen to themselves again.

The herd continue to shape and inspire much of this work.

Professional Grounding

I am a qualified Life Coach, Equine-Facilitated Coach, Sound Therapy Practitioner and NHS Health & Wellbeing Coach, and a member of the Association for Coaching.

My work continues to evolve through ongoing study and practice in reflective wellbeing, nature-based approaches and sound.
