It Started with Lu

This is a space to slow down and to learn from horses, nature and each other.

Circles, retreats and reflective experiences in small groups designed to help you feel steadier, surer and more like yourself.

What Happens Here

Most sessions begin with time alongside the herd.

We observe, we notice and we allow the horses to set the pace, sometimes quiet, sometimes curious, sometimes unexpectedly playful.

We work in small groups and also offer one-to-one sessions. Gatherings take place outdoors when possible and indoors in the barn during the winter months. There may be journaling, gentle sound, conversation, laughter or simply stillness.

Nothing is forced. Everything is choice-led.
The horses remain at the heart of everything we do.

The land and seasons shape the pace of our work.

Horses

Horses live in the present.
They respond honestly and without judgement.

When we spend time alongside them, we become more aware of how we arrive: in our bodies, in our thoughts and in our energy.

They do not fix us.
They do not analyse us.
They simply respond.

Working with horses invites us to slow down, to notice and to adjust. Not through pressure, but through presence.

The horses remain at the heart of everything we do.
The land and seasons shape the pace of our work.
